Duties and responsibilities
- The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks and food to customers in a polite and professional manner according to the service standards of the restaurant during the work period assigned to him.
- To serve fastly and kind to the customers with food and drinks regarding to the service consistency standards.
- In order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization, it is important to ensure that the outlet is properly prepared and in optimal condition to accommodate guests.
- To promote and better sell specialty foods and beverages offered in the outlet, as well as low-selling products.
Have a thorough knowledge of the food and beverages featured on the menu, and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and more profitable alternatives.
- To demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the culinary offerings and drinks presented on the menu, along with the capability to suggest optimal food and beverage pairings and alternative options that provide higher profitability.
- To have comprehensive information about coctail and moctail.
- To maintain cleanliness in the bar environment.
- In order to have comprehensive understanding of the interventions implemented for those affected by poisoning.
- To provide bar customer's orders fast and kindly.
- To provide the presentation of drinks with adorable decorations.
- To have information about composition and costs of listed products in the menu.
- To wear job uniform and put on badge with his name.
