The primary responsibility of the individual in this role is to provide customer service in a polite and professional way, adhering to the service standards of the restaurant, throughout their designated shift.

Duties and responsibilities

-The individual should show sincere, polite and qualified customer's service for all the guests.
-The individual should bear the responsibility to serve on time for all the guests.
-The individual should inform and immediately response to the customers
-The individual should welcome all the guest kindly and professional
-The individual should control the checks of guests and double check for the accurancy
-The individual should report recording of the deposit received in the cash adhere to the established regulations and legal requirements.
-It is important to ensure that all documents are meticulously kept.
-The individual is required to assume responsibility for the accurate acceptance of payments and the right management of cash transactions at all times.
-The individual in question ought to engage in conversation with the guest, inquiring as to their level of satisfaction with the order and whether they possess any more requests.
-It is important to promptly notify the supervisor of any issues or grievances that may arise.

Job profile:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent degree, Hospitality/Restaurant majors are preferred

Work experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as a bartender in a 5-star hotel or restaurant

-To have knowledge of cash register operations
-To have knowledge of hotel business operations
